Upload your Shopify orders
Read-only. No store connection. Ballast stores no customer personal data.
Ballast reports on an export of your own orders — there is nothing to install on your store.
1. Export from Shopify
- In your Shopify admin, open Orders.
- Click Export, choose the orders and date range you want, and export as CSV.
- Save the file, then upload it below.
2. Upload to Ballast
A label for this store. Upload several stores with different names to roll figures up across all of them.
You receive this when you subscribe to Ballast through Microsoft. It ties the upload to your account.
What Ballast reads. Order totals, payment method (gateway), currency, tax, refunds, and line-item names and SKUs. It ignores customer names, emails, and addresses. An orders export does not contain transaction fees, so fee analysis is not available in this version.
